A leading telecommunications provider in the competitive markets of Kuwait and Bahrain, required effective digital marketing campaigns to drive sales and improve conversion rates. The challenge was to manage a substantial paid media budget while improving overall performance in a highly competitive environment.

Solution

As the Performance Media Manager, I developed and executed a detailed paid media strategy tailored specifically to the telecommunications industry in Kuwait and Bahrain:

  1. Tailored Media Strategy: Crafted comprehensive paid media strategies to suit the competitive telecommunications markets, focusing on paid search, paid social, and programmatic ads to maximize sales opportunities.

  2. Budget Management: Managed an annual media budget exceeding $1 million, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI).

  3. Market-Specific Solutions: Led the implementation of targeted campaigns that focused on high-value segments in the telecommunications market. This included optimizing shopping ads and paid search to drive customer acquisition and e-commerce sales.

  4. Ongoing Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitored campaign performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Adjustments were made to improve ad performance and increase user engagement.
